Leaves changing, blending in with background, Thanksgiving, and Brown. Lots of Brown
I don't know what y'all did for Thanksgiving but I woke up, got dressed in everything orangey brown that I owned and then sat and did my makeup for two hours while my mom cooked :D jk, I did help set the table. With like silverware or something. I don't even think I even moved the plates. Sorry, Ma, I'll get ya next holiday, ha.
I absolutely love love love love the outside and even though it was mostly blue-gray skies and rather cold, I loved the look of the leaves and that my clothes basically blended in with the background-my fav colors for sure.

My Makeup details:
Eyeshadow 'Kat Von D Metal Matte Eyeshadow Palette' / Lipstick 'Smashbox True Grit' / Foundation 'Smashbox Photo Finish Pressed Powder in 02' / Blush 'Mellow in Bronze' / Highlight 'Ofra Beverly Hills Highlighter' I couldn't link the Kat Von D palette. I must be exclusive only to Sephora stores but those shadows are so pigmented and so fun! I absolutely love the shimmers on the top the most, their pigmentation and the greeny-blue is my favorite along with the silver one. Reminds me of NYE :D True Grit actually surprised me with how dark it was. I thought I remembered seeing it as more of a dark brown with red undertone but when applied to my lips, it sank in and almost turned black in the dark lighting of the day. I still loved it though. 'Tis the season to wear vampy lipstick after all ;)
These clothes. OMIGosh. Lemme tell you. This outfit was so freaking comfortable. I love big knit sweaters and I especially love over-sized ones that I can pair with comfy v-necks (my go-to to appear more dressed up when all I want to wear is a t-shirt, HA) and then I added this aztec-Indian vibed necklace with some moccasin booties that I snatched from Jane.com. I'm obsessed with this app, mainly because they are boutique items at discounted prices. You have to be careful with how cheap some things are, but I really do love that most of the time, one can tell just what quality things are from pictures. The fabric of these shoes is just slightly flimsy but they are so comfy and have a little bit of heel which adds a little spice. I just had to ignore my family's nicknames of "Sacajawea" and "Pocahontas" all day. *rolls eyes*
Got get down with my Indian heritage, however, ya feel? Loved how comfy this skirt is and how I can control if I want it high-waisted or not. Getting back into the 70's suede and bell bottom flare trend lately. Comment below where you found your 70's vibe clothes this season!
