This photoshoot was actually hilarious and last minute. My good friend/ photographer/ fellow wildling messaged me about doing one of my Projects and spur of the moment we scheduled it for that week. That day, work ran late and I was frantically trying to get to the park where we shot this before it got too cloudy and rained. We ended up rushing through makeup and hair and believe it or not,
MCat's hair was crimped wildly around her head with several gold hair rings and braid cuffs. When we finally trekked through the woods and found the water shots, it immediately began sprinkling on our heads. We tried to ignore it and keep on but the lightning began to show up in the distance, forcing us to retreat to our cars after only a few photographs. We went on the hunt for a camping table with an overhanging to take the rest of the pictures and managed to get completely rained on in the process.
All of MCat's hair flattened and all of her gold accessories disappeared in the grass. That being said, because she's a pro and knows everything about cameras and lighting,
Project: Wildling was a success as my favorite dark, moody lighting happened with a cool forest background and a beautiful sunset we saw coming back to our cars after.
